Use this page to submit a factory-quote request for liquid lipstick programs. There is no walk-in counter and no invented street address. Reply traffic uses the work email you enter. Inquiry intake is the online form on this page. We do not publish a verified street lobby or map pin because no premises address is on file for this desk. Social handles are not used as inquiry channels for RFQ routing.

Reply path

Responses go to the work email and optional phone fields you provide. Do not expect a public switchboard number on this site. Follow-up questions about shade, fill size or finish documents travel on the same thread.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 US Eastern, excluding US public holidays observed in 2026. Timing notes on the form still travel with your requirement so factories see the requested delivery window.

  1. Write product form, shade, fill, quantity, destination and delivery timing in the form.
  2. We return a restated brief for your approval, including INCI or finish document requests when those claims matter.
  3. Factories quote; you choose the supplier and commercial terms after comparing the same scope.

Optional target budget may use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buyer preference, not a verified factory grade. Name shade or finish, fluid ounce or gram fill size, applicator type, quantity by shade and US destination before you submit. Request INCI and batch code documents for the quoted lot when a finish claim will be repeated to retail buyers. Viscosity and pigment notes belong on the same line when they change landed cost. We compare replies on that written scope rather than inventing a market-average discount.
