When you submit the inquiry form we receive the fields you enter, including name, work email, optional phone and company, and the procurement requirement text. Helper fields for inquiry option, budget and supplier preference are merged into the requirement text at submit time when JavaScript is available.

We use inquiry data to restate your brief and request factory wholesale quotes on the same written scope. We do not sell inquiry lists. Supplier replies may include their own privacy terms for shipment and production.

Retention

We keep active sourcing threads while a request is open. Closed threads are retained only as long as needed for follow-up or legal obligations. Contact the desk if you need a correction to contact fields you submitted.
